I’m going to be opening the new CLIC shop at 11am on Saturday 5th Feb – I will be cutting the ribbon at 97 Gloucester Road, Bristol BS7 8AT, and doing some pictures for the local papers so please come along.
I’ve also got an interview with BBC Radio Bristol on the phone at 8.30am, as long as I can wake up in time.

I’m going to be in the Comic Relief Big Tractor Race on Sunday 6th Feb at 12.30pm-2pm Royal Bath and West Showground, Shepton Mallet, Somerset.
I will be driving a vintage tractor in one of the races, I hope I don’t crash it.

Perfumes will be on sale on my store and John James is coming now as well and will be signing his calendars which you can buy at the stall.

I abseiled down the side of Bristol Children’s Hospital, wearing a Santa outfit and a Koala Bear hat, like you do.
Honestly the things I do for CLIC Sargent.
All I can say is I’m still alive, despite the fact it was very high up and very cold. I managed to get down in one piece but I don’t think the SAS will be looking to recruit me any time soon though.

Me and Johnny James went up to Preston and Blackpool for the Children in Need fundraiser.
It was a brilliant turn up and we had a load of fun and there was an H’amazing amount of money raised for the charity really super stuff and as usual seeing some of the kids on the programme brought a tear to the eye and reminded the rest of us of how lucky we are.

We were invited to the T4 Stars of 2010 (not as the stars), as I keep saying I’m not famous I’m just well known now that’s all.
Anyway we were just the guests and it was fantastic.
We managed to meet The Wanted, Roll Deep and the lovely Steve Jones.

I am so excited I’m releasing my perfume ‘Josie’ and it smells absolutely lush.
I picked out the fragrance myself so I hope you like it.
But I didn’t want to try to cash in like some celebs so I’m donating £1 from every bottle sold to give to Look Good…Feel Better the cancer support charity that helps women manage the visible side effects of chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
As you may know the name was chosen by a fan competition in OK mag and I’m going to be meeting the winner of the competition soon.
The perfume comes in a beautiful turquoise box with an illustration of me on the front.
It’s a great fragrance and I think it’s good for both day and night scent with mandarin, apple and peach, as well as sandalwood and musk.

what a great time I had for the last bit of training I did before all my glossy
shoots at Holiday Inn in Shepperton! What a lovely team there and the beds were
like sleeping in a marshmallow! Think Paulette, my personal trainer, was pretty
happy it had such good gym facilities too!
